Leadership

Leadership is a core pillar of our curriculum at Peninsula High School's NNDCC/NJROTC program, focused on developing cadets into confident, responsible, and ethical leaders. Through a comprehensive range of lessons, experiential activities, and practical exercises, cadets are immersed in the principles and qualities of effective leadership. They learn to inspire and motivate others, make sound decisions under pressure, and foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie. Cadets are encouraged to lead by example, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and resilience in their actions. By providing opportunities for cadets to take on leadership roles within the program and engage in community service projects, we nurture their ability to lead with humility, empathy, and a commitment to serving others. Our leadership training prepares cadets to excel not only in the context of NJROTC but also in their academic pursuits, future careers, and as contributing members of society.
